The ordering process on the website was very easy with secure processing through Paypal. We submitted our information for custom labels on a Sunday afternoon and did not expect to hear anything until Monday at the earliest. A few minutes later Tanner emailed us and wanted to get started on our labels. After a few emails and a couple hours, our proof had been approved and ready for printing. Our whole order arrived a few days later and everything was as promised. We followed the instructions that were included with our order and used our bags for the first time with no issues at all.
